The raw materials are transferred from the storage tank facility to the mixing tank through a closed computer-controlled system. This ensures uniform quality and maximum usage of the raw materials. The mixing systems have considerable flexibility, making it possible to meet most quality requirements as regards material mixtures. The filling of the moulds is also automated. This takes place in different production lines and makes an efficient and flexible production. The production itself takes place in closed systems without use of ozone-destructive CFC gases. When the chemical reaction is completed, the product is 100% stable and it does not give off any pollution through waste gases or harmful toxins.

The production line mainly consists of the following :

Production line 1

1 turntable for 26 mould carriers :
-Diameter approx. 12 meters incl. mould carriers.
-Mould carriers in different sizes 75 x 65 x 18 cm / 24 / 27 / 30 cm   carriers included.

1 four component machinery :
-High Pressure
-Krauss Maffei 1 x Rim Star 16 and 3 x Rim Star 40
-Build in 2000 , installed in 2006.
-Electrical control unit included

1 robot for filling :
-Electrical
-3 axis
-5 years old

Production line 2-3

1 twin turntable ( 2 turntables for one machinery and one filling robot )
-2 turntables for 10 mould carriers each.
-Diameter 8 - 8,5 m
-Mould carrier size 120 x 80 x 30 cm ( twin 1 )
-Mould carrier size 90 x 100 x 18 cm / 24 / 30 / 32 cm special sizes 
  5-10 extra mould carriers ( twin 2 )

-Approx. 20 years old . Well maintained
